Session Start Times:

Sessions begin promptly at 10am and will finish daily between 7pm and 8pm. On the first day, please plan on being at there by 9:45am to complete your paperwork.

Certain lessons may require some extra time and as a result you may be required to stay later. We do everything we can to stay on schedule, but understand that our schedule is subject to human nature and may vary.

What to Bring:

The state of Texas requires that all students attending sessions at ProMedia have, at minimum, graduated high school. ProMedia is required to have one of the following items on file to ensure you have graduated high school.

1. A copy of your High School Diploma
2. Transcripts showing you completed High School
3. A GED
4. College Transcripts
5. A College Diploma

Please fax a copy of one of these items to: (832)201.0384. If you cannot fax a copy, you must bring a copy of one of the items the first day in order to attend.

Bring a picture ID. If you paid for your session(s) with a Credit Card, please bring your credit card you used on the first day. If the session was purchased with another party's credit card, a check, cash or through a Student Loan, you are not required to bring that card.

Your training materials have provisional space for notes. We suggest you bring a writing pad and a pen to take additional notes. Tape recorders and video cameras are NOT permitted.

Dress is casual. The instructor tends to keep the room quite cool; we suggest you bring a sweater.
