Throughout the course you will learn how to: Create Sessions, Recording and Edit Vocals, Instruments and other Audio, basic MIDI Recording and Editing techniques, introduction to Mixing and Signal Flow, Keyboard Shortcuts, and more. The Pro Tools 101 course takes a comprehensive approach to learning the fundamentals of music production using Pro Tools. With no prior experience necessary, this course is perfect for a beginner Pro Tools user.Avid Pro Tools 110 (PT110)
The PT110 course expands upon the basic principles taught in the Fundamentals I (PT101) course and introduces advanced concepts and techniques used in more advanced Pro Tools workflow. This course takes you deeper into the concepts of Recording, Editing, Playlist, Session Management and Transfer, Advanced Mixing Concepts, Signal Flow, and more. PT110 is also necessary to obtain the first level of Avid User Certification. By taking and passing the exams associated with the PT101 and PT110 courses you are eligible for your Avid Pro Tools USER Certification.Avid Pro Tools 201 (PT201)
In this PT201 course you will learn how to set up, configure, and utilize Pro Tools HD systems to maximize results and improve music production, recording, editing, and mixing workflows. This course also covers how to incorporate and use external hardware processors, hardware routing, console intergration, and patchbay usage. Furthermore, you will learn about the various configurations and hardware connections utilized by Pro Tools HD such as Sync, Digital Audio (AES/EBU, SPDIF), Dante Network Audio, Avid S6, Icon Worksurface connections, and more.
