It's all about people skills. Literally. It doesn't matter if you're the greatest engineer in the world, if you're not a cool person to hang out with in a room for 15 hours at a time, you probably won't get called back for the gig.

ProMedia Trainer Mark Hornsby

Mark Hornsby has earned a solid reputation over the years as an award-winning engineer, producer, and certified Pro Tools expert, guiding artists and helping them bring out their unique sound—be it rock, Christian, country, blues, Broadway, or anything in between. Whether it’s a 48-track live recording, a custom studio project, a seventy-five minute progressive rock album, vocal editing, or drum recording, chances are he has worked on it.
